Here we are, practicing social distancing

Today’s motto: Neither a victim nor a vector be.

Things are changing pretty fast here and we are trying to keep up. Today we significantly ramped up our procedures in the store. Don't be frightened when you walk into the bakery and see us all decked out in our Halloween outfits.

We have modified our procedures and would prefer credit cards. We have sanitizer on the counter to clean your credit card and your hands as well as a portable sink both at our entrance door and our exit door. Thank you all for being so good at keeping the 6 feet distance.

The oven deactivates the virus so we are not worried about mixing and shaping the bread, for example. But after it is out of the oven, or lunch items that don’t go through the oven, we are all wearing gloves, wearing our bandanas. We have been assured by Bronson doctors the while our bandanas won’t keep out the virus, they are (to put it rudely) enough to keep our spit in and your spit out. So we both win!

Gotta go sanitize my hands (we use bleach water).
